Angelina Jolie had an awkward moment when she arrived at a Hollywood party. In fact, there are reports that she stayed in her car until a certain guest left.
But it wasn't Jennifer Aniston or any of Jen's close-knit girl pals. It was Angelina's own dad, Jon Voight. Jolie and her pa haven't spoken for four years - ever since she took umbrage to him talking about her in the press.
Jon has tried on occasions to rekindle their relationship but Angelina is adamant she doesn't want him to be part of her life.
She has previously said: "I don't hate my father. I don't blame him for divorcing my mother or having affairs. "I just don't want to dedicate one more tear... or have to watch my mother cry one more time."
It's believed that when Pitt and Jolie arrived at a party for Scott Caan (one of Brad's Ocean's 13 co-stars) a woman rushed out to tell them that Voight was inside.
Brad and Angelina then drove around for a while before Brad entered the party alone, while Angelina waited in the car. Not long after, Voight left. Jolie was then seen sneaking in the back door.

Angelina should put the past behind her. She seems like a intelligent woman. Everyone has hurt feeling for all kinds of reasons, but it will only eat you up inside if you don`t let it go.
